I find that the visual aspect of my productions give my music wings that carry my tunes to the farthest corners of the globe.
If some (or even most) people enjoy the wrappings more than they care for the music, then that is also fine with me. It doesn´t stop my music from reaching other people that DO enjoy the music (Who probably wouldn’t have heard from me if it wasn’t for the videos). Also, being a man myself, I can’t really say that it’s punishment to make these videos
